In addition to our internationally recognized Karate for Kids program, we offer the Taekwondo for
Tiny Tigers program. The Tiny Tiger program was developed specifically for preschool age children
ages 4 through 6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities
such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve
children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. All classes
are taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods available for this age group.
This program works in conjunction with the Karate for Kids program, thereby emphasizing the same
important monthly themes and value system.

This is for all students 7-Adult years of age who want to develop Leadership Skills that will serve
them in all aspects of their lives. These students accept a higher level of responsibility as
ambassador's of Songahm Taekwondo. They are distinguished with special uniforms and receive
advanced level training in Taekwondo: (creative forms, tournament competition, and more!)
Weapons (creative weapons, special seminars)Life Skills (daily activities to develop discipline,
respect, courtesy, perseverance, and all ATA Life Skill training) Leadership Training (class
activities to develop class management skills, public speaking, powerful communication, making
positive decisions) and much more!
ATA Extreme Leadership Program for 13-Adults: This is for students 13 and older who want to
develop leadership skills that will serve them in all aspects of their lives. The ATA Leadership
Program has produced many, successful business people, political leaders, college graduates,
community leaders, teachers, Taekwondo World Champions, and ATA Instructors. If you are
interested making dramatic improvement in your life, or if you want a career in the martial arts,
then the Leadership Program is for you. The program offers advanced training in: Taekwondo

The Master's Club is a specially developed program by the ATA for all students regardless of age or
rank. It represents the highest level of our Success through Goal Setting & philosophy. Master's
Club members are those individuals who have set their goal at Black Belt and make a commitment
to study and train until achieving that goal. All Black Belt Club Members are able to attend weekly
BBC Classes which train each student at a higher level toward their Black Belt. Protech weapons,
Advanced Pressure Point Control, Joint Locks, and Advanced Sparring are just some of the Black
Belt Level aspects taught in these classes. This enables the student to make more advanced
progress toward being a Black Belt and a leader.

martial arts combined with gymnastics in order to put on a visually amazing show. We use
extreme uniforms that are exciting and fun and are designed specifically to enhance
techniques. The loud yells and Extreme Attitude combine to create an exciting atmosphere
that is very appealing to our youth and adults. In XMA we use many different types of
weapons from Ssahng Jeol Bong's (nunchuks) and swords, to open hand competition free
style forms. ATA Extreme has become an exciting addition to our Leadership Program. You
can compete in ATA EXTREME Competition at all Regional and National & World Tournaments.
